how to install gcc in local directory

hi to all,
i like to install gcc3.4.2 version in a separate directory. i execute the following command but system asks for the super user password. with out that how can i install gcc in local folder.
/home/partha/gcc-3.4.2.tar/gcc-3.4.2/configure --prefix=/home/partha/objdir/ --with-local-prefix=/home/partha/include/ --exec-prefix=home/partha/objdir/ --with-gxx-include-dir=/home/partha/objdir/libsubdir/
bash : /home/partha/gcc-3.4.2.tar/gcc-3.4.2/configure : bad interpreter : permission denied
