[PATCH] Fix libstdc++-v3 configury for multilibs

Hi!

I have noticed that multilibbed libstdc++.so's are never symbol versioned
(not that big deal for our packaging, since we include the other multilibs
from different arch builds, but it shows up e.g. in c++config.h, otherwise
I guess it would be noticed much faster).
The problem is that libstdc++-v3 configure tries to link with -lgcc_s
to see if there is a shared libgcc_s.  Unfortunately -lgcc_s is only the
library for the default multilib, for other multilibs it is called
e.g. -lgcc_s_64, -lgcc_s_32 etc.
The following patch should fix this, ok to commit?
