I'd like to see the port include the cc0 changes for sure and at least a
minimal scheduling description before we accept it. Also, you haven't
mentioned if you'll be adding the simulator the the gdb/sim sources.
Also, I'd rather see the binutils bits go in first since those would be
a requirement to this port actually functioning on the net.
