Change the trailer of the GCC home page.

I'd like to change the trailing line of our home page to not refer to Fortran 95 anymore, as that reference is superfluous now that the Fortran page is linked to from the top of the page.

I'd also like to change "Fortran 77 news" into "Fortran 77 status", as that more accurately reflects what it points to.

In a followup patch I'll change the g77 documentation to make clear that GCC 3.4 will be the last release to contain g77.

Is this patch OK ?
