Damn, wasted time. I think I recall I even noticed the
commentness at my first grep and when I looked again later sort
of thinking "hey, there's another simulator target; why did I
miss this last time". Oh well.

I guess because nobody has taken advantage of the pre-approval
to remove the quoting-tm.texi-and-md.texi-in-the-port-comments
yet. :-)
