I look into my crystal ball and I see gcc.gnu.org getting crunched
when 10,000 people click on that link simultaneously and do a
complicated Bugzilla search.

Perhaps we could cache the result of the query into a static web page?

Amusingly, the very first PR on the list is number 5: "C++ sucks,
can't you make it better?"
