[patch] system.h: Move MD_ASM_CLOBBERS within the file.


Hi,

system.h has several "poison" areas depending on how a macro is
poisoned.  The attached patch moves MD_ASM_CLOBBERS to the right area.
It's not that the placement matters that much, but ....

Bootstrapped on i686-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed as obvious.
