[patch 3.4/3.5] libffi & libjava port for hppa-linux

There are some test failures that indicate something major wrong with
SEGV handling or exception handling.

Until these are addressed or at least analyzed, gcj shouldn't be
enabled by default.  It doesn't work yet.
