Why?
It's an external library.


Then as an external library it needs a note at the top of README like
those in fastjar/README, libffi/README and zlib/README.

I'll add one.
In any case,
being built into the compiler it presumably needs to compile with non-GCC
C90 compilers, hence the warnings.

Fine, i'll fix them all.
