If the _actual_ PPC64 Linux ABI needs this, I don't have a problem
with it.  We did the same thing for Darwin.

BTW, where is the ppc64 linux ABI kept these days?

You want to do this in SUBTARGET_OVERRIDE_OPTIONS (see how darwin.h
does it).  Although for linux64.h you want
