Confirmed (except that I had to change the line_table.trace_includes
set back to setting cpp_get_line_maps (parse_in)->trace_includes).

If this doesn't make it to the branch, we'll need a different patch to
completely remove the -fworking-directory feature and its
documentation.  Obviously, I'd prefer this patch to go in :-)
