PPC64 ABI testcase


Hello,
      wrote a testcase for checking if the parameter passing
is compliant with the new PPC64 ABI. Testcase should work on
darwin, AIX and linux. Only tested it on linux. Could write more
testcases for various cases (altivec, complex etc.).

OK to commit ?

BTW, do I have to ask permission to commit testcase ?
