Out of idle curiosity, are any of our changes ever
propagated to upstream fastjar?

That version does not seem to have been updated
in a loooonnnnggg time. Even the in-file ChangeLog
in jartool.c doesn't seem to have been updated in
a while. Is that version dead for all practical
purposes?
