[committed] Cleanup 1 following autoconf 2.57 conversion

Tested i686-pc-linux-gnu

In keeping with the comment in aclocal.m4, our special version is no
longer needed with autoconf 2.57 -- committed as obvious.

	* configure.in: Replace gcc_AC_CHECK_TYPE with AC_CHECK_TYPE.
	* aclocal.m4 (gcc_AC_CHECK_TYPE): Remove.
	* configure: Regenerate.
