[patch] Remove CONVERT_HARD_REGISTER_TO_SSA_P.


Hi,

Attached is a patch to remove CONVERT_HARD_REGISTER_TO_SSA_P, which
used to be used to with the rtl-based ssa optimizer.

Tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu.  OK to apply?
