The list of primary/secondary evaluation platforms is part of the
release criteria.  I don't think it's appropriate to link to the 3.3
list of platforms.  Maybe these lists should be moved elsewhere, out of
the release criteria pages.

In the mean time, I've commited the patch as is -- what we have now has
been there for the last two years, no rush to fix it now :)
