Please let me know when that's in and I'll try it again.  If the other
simulators are no longer supported I'll remove those targets from the
document.

There's no hurry in getting this all documented.  Once things are
working smoothly I hope to verify occasionally that it all still
works, and encourage other people to use it to expand their testing.
