I'm happy to make the information available on an individual basis, but
I've been asked not to post it on an open forum at this time (it's not
confidential, but we would like to keep track of folks using the
information so that they can be kept up-to-date when documents change).
Please contact me directly if you would be interested in reviewing a copy
(or any of the other EABI information).
