Why bother? gccbug is a relic from a time when the WWW wasn't as pervasive
as it is now. I fail to see its justification these days. Note that I
don't discourage it's use, whoever knows how to use it may or may not use
it in the future (I don't care), but moving it out of the manual asks
those who don't know to use the web forms instead.
