libtool patch for Solaris, IRIX and others

On some platforms, libtool failed to protect flags passed to it with
-Wl, when passing them to the compiler driver.  This patch, that I've
just installed in libtool CVS mainline, fixes this problem.  This
fixes a build problem on Solaris and IRIX with GNU ld, in which GCC
failed to pass the --version-script flag to the linker because it
--version-script wasn't protected by -Wl,.
