Yes -- be patient. Almost all uses of uses_template_parms should go
away,
Patience is a virtue, but the private sector has deadlines. :-) :-)
Perhaps there are ways in which we can assist with this? Would it be
possible for you to briefly outline what the "big picture" is here?
