Basically, when/if we want to use CSS, these should be define in
style.mhtml so that _all_ our pages share some basic styles. I do
not object CSS in principle, though our pages have to be useable
also with text-based browsers and browsers that do not support CSS.

Yes, bugs/segfault.html seems like a good candidate.
