The web page now says the branch is open for all maintainers for
bug-fixes and documentation changes. This is neither (perhaps it does
actually fix bugs), but it should have been done before we moved to
bug-fix-only stage anyway, so I think we should go ahead and put it
in, and do so as soon as possible. So, please go ahead. Thanks,
