Attached is a patch to remove unused constraint letters.
Tested on h8300 port. Committed.

(CONST_OK_FOR_K): Likewise.
(CONST_OK_FOR_M): Likewise.
(CONST_OK_FOR_LETTER_P): Do not use the above macros.
