Thanks, I committed this with a minor change, namely the release date
for GCC 3.2...

...which I "scheduled" two days after 3.1.1. (As far as I know, it really
will be only a few days between these two releases.)

I'm using `diff -c3p /dev/null /the/file/name` in such cases.

Apart from one character (an additional comma), this matched what I
came up with, independently. ;-)

I'll sleep about the change to gcc-3.2/changes.html (and some further
changes we'll need for the main page, release scripts, etc.), but the
other two changes are already in now.
