I understood that it's sufficient if the submitter of a patch tests
that patch (and thus offered Roland to commit his patch, but if you,
as RS6000 co-maintainer want to do that, it's obviously preferrable).
Note that Roland's submission lacked a ChangeLog entry for
gcc/config/rs6000/sysv4.h (which I expect he'll provide soon).
