IMO, we should require all testcases to have a comment desribing, at
minimum, what the test is about.  Without such a comment it is
frequently far from clear what exactly the test is testing.

The fact the Jakub supplies test cases is commendable, but I feel the
extra 30 seconds to add a one- or two-line comment would be well spent
for all of us in future.  I have made an effort to comment all of my
test cases for well over 1 year now.

Do others agree?  Should this be added to the on-line patch submission
documentation?
