OK, I guess I can just replace them by defines to 0.  I used few times
the mem/addr debug settings, but it was only during debugging the x86_64
port, so there is not too much need to use them daily IMO.
That means that we do have 4 flags left and we need at least 7 if
I am counting properly.

I guess that will change in future, as x86_64 without 64bit windows 
dos not make much sense.
