I just verified that $GCC/maintainer-scripts/crontab matches what we
have on gcc.gnu.org, just to make sure.

Calling that script from gcc_release definitely seems a good idea,
apart from what we do in addition to that.

Good point. (Just, isn't there something localization relevant in runtime
libraries as well?)
