config.guess and config.sub imported from subversions

I imported config.sub and config.guess so I could configure on my old
i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1, which was misidentified as i686-pc-linux-gnu.
(Though build breaks later without --disable-nls and on sys/ucontext.h
inclusion.) No, don't bother telling me that libc1 is obsolete.
* config.sub: Import from master sources, rev 1.226.
* config.guess: Import from master sources, rev 1.216.
Configuration succeeds on i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1, i686-pc-linux-gnu and
cris-axis-linux-gnu (cross; only config.sub tested). They all break
building for config-unrelated reasons (i686-pc-linux-gnu as reported by
the regression checker).
Patch elided.
