Shall we stoll mention the CHILL front end in this place?
install.texi tells the reader that it is not usable at the moment.
In any case, I think we should reorder the paragraphs in this section
to describe the languages in the order they are mentioned in the
headline.

I've made these changes (except the reordering), but there's still a
problem: What about the paperwork? Do you need a copyright
assignment?

Who are the Ada maintainers? Richard, Robert, Geert? The list in the
MAINTAINERS file seems to be incomplete.
