You could always link to
http://developer.apple.com/techpubs/macosx/Cocoa/ObjectiveC/ which has an
HTML version as well, and a (politically correct, since it isn't to
Amazon) link to purchase a hardcopy. You could even try to persuade Apple
to make the manual Free Documentation :-).
