Where is this documented?  I think there should be a link from
http://gcc.gnu.org/java/contrib.html to a page describing recommended
procedures for test cases and how to run them.

There should be similar information on running testsuites at
http://gcc.gnu.org/contribute.html .

Specifically, for Jacks we need instructions on
* how to loadload it (cvs, preferably)
* how to configure it to use a build gcj tree
* how to run it
* how to interpret the results

Similarly for any other test suites we want people to run.
