FWIW, note that invoke.texi also contains documentation for preprocessor
options. So far I haven't checked that documentation for being up to date
or for the option summary and the text agreeing with each other. (Cf
other/928 on out-of-date preprocessor documentation in extend.texi; c/761,
c++/862 on undocumented options.) It might be desirable to avoid this
redundancy somehow.
