[patch] for gcc-2.95.x branch: small bug in fixinc/inclhack.sh

Hi there,

Here is a tiny patch for the gcc-2.95.x branch. It terminates the
fixinc/inclhack.sh script with an exit 0. Without this it returns to the parent
process (i.e., to the gcc Makefile, causing it to fail) the result of the last
command executed (on 4.3BSD at least), which can be a false if conditional.
This causes make to fail without there actually being anything wrong. The patch
below fixes it.
