(patch) protoize fixes for windows32

Support for protoize on native windows32. Should work for djgpp with
perhaps a tweak or two (may be as simple as defining /dev/null equiv).
However, since I know nothing about djgpp, I'll leave it upto the
djgpp maintainer(s) to do the right thing.

Uses rename instead of link (in combination with unlink), which is a lot
more portable, and it's an existing practice in gcc.

Note that this patch does not add definition of DIR_SEPARATOR* etc macros
to protoize.c. I have a previous patch that moves those definitions to
system.h, available to all files that include system.h.

The files are opened in binary mode if permitted by the target. This
really is needed to get the parsing of the aux-info file correct, as
well as the fact that IMO source to source translation should not
change the line ending style. The binary mode also guarantees that
the size returned by stat() is the real size of the data.

bootstrap tested on x86-pc-linux-gnu and x86-mingw32.

2000-01-05  Mumit Khan  <khan@xraylith.wisc.edu>

	* protoize.c: Conditionally include unistd.h.
	(is_abspath): New static function.
	(in_system_include_dir): Handle DOS style pathnames.
