new arm/thumb uclinux targets


This patch adds support for the new target configurations thumb-*-linux-gnu,
arm-*-uclinux and thumb-*-uclinux.

	* config/arm/thumb.h (LINK_SPEC): Only define if not already

	* config/arm/linux-telf.h: New file.
	* config/arm/linux-tgas.h: Likewise.
	* config/arm/t-thumb-linux: Likewise.
	* config/arm/uclinux-elf.h: Likewise.
	* config/arm/uclinux-telf.h: Likewise.
	* configure.in (arm-*-uclinux, thumb-*-linux-gnu,
	thumb-*-uclinux): New targets.
	* configure: Regenerate.
