Patch to add thumb-elf support to EGCS


Hi Guys,

  I would like to get approval toa pply the patch below.  It adds
  support for a thumb-elf targeted toolchain to EGCS.

	* config/arm/t-thumb-elf: New file: Makefile fragment for
	thumb-elf build.
