TimeTrap is an application designed to make it easy to keep track of all your 
time related projects. Anybody who does contract work or bills time in 
increments knows what a pain it is to keep track of 15 minutes here and 30 
minutes there on projects, phone calls and all the work you do during the day 
or week. Then once you gather up all the scraps of paper and sticky notes you 
have to piece it all together for invoicing. 

TimeTrap solves your problem by keeping track of all those time pieces for 
you and allows you to print consolidated reports by client, task and/or date 
making it a much smaller headache. It also has an integrated To Do list so you 
can keep track of all the stuff you haven't done yet.

TimeTrap runs as a small form on your desktop or as a system tray icon. You 
can log you time by clicking the In/Out buttons on the form, clicking the tray 
icon or clicking the In/Out menu choices on the popup menu. You can even 
configure TimeTrap to log you in on system startup and out at shutdown 
without having to click anything!

TimeTrap is fully configurable with default client and job types, customizable 
billing increments for minimum billable time and billable time increments, 
customizable reports, some dandy sorting and filtering functions and pretty 
good online help to boot. 

TimeTrap also features a time log where you can manually add/modify/delete 
time records or edit records posted from the In/Out buttons.

TimeTrap automatically calculates the hours you worked from the in/out times 
and displays and /or prints total hours based on the current filter. You can 
export your time data to various file formats including MS Word & Excel. Email 
your clients or contacts from within TimeTrap and print/search/filter/sort your 
To Do list.
