I installed this.

  > 	* fixinc/hackshell.tpl: complete transition to fixinc.tmp
I'll be looking at this shortly.

ps.  No need to include the diffs for the generated files.  I've figured
out how and what needs to be regenerated after changing inclhack.def :-)
