Undo one of my changes to wwwdocs/cvswrite.html

1999-03-29 Jason Molenda (jsm@bugshack.cygnus.com)

	* cvwrite.html: Undo my previous change of recommending SSH
	compression over CVS compression.

I looked into this. CVS compresses the communication channel just fine
when you're using the :ext: method or the :pserver: method. I imagine
there is little difference whether you have SSH do the compression or CVS
do the compression, so I would recommend leaving the documentation as-is.
(that is, leave the documentation specifying CVS doing the compression)

Sorry for the confusion.

J
