patch to add x86 help


This is a start at adding support for the "--help" (I love that
feature!) for the x86 targets.  I intentionally didn't document the
flags that aren't present in invoke.texi becuase if they're not
important enough to doc there, they probably shouldn't be doced here.

I'm not a big x86 programmer so it's entirely possible that I've
miscondensed info from install.texi.  Feel free to correct as you see
fit.
