That would be a good way for developers to decide to take a look at
it.  It would be easy to find out it is not a regression, by simply
look at the timestamp of the file, or at the ChangeLog.

If no one fixes it for a while (say, 2-3 snapshots), I'd mark it
XFAIL.

This would just create more work when bugs are fixed, or create yet
another unmaintained directory.

I volunteer to mark new tests as XFAIL, and I'd appreciate to have
these changes pre-approved.
