patch to disable obsolete warning for egcs 1.1a

Hello,

some days ago I reported a "bug" of egcs producing the warning
"only defines a private destructor and has no friends"
which is moreless without sense and very annoying as it cannot be
disabled.
In fact, classes with private destructors are required to implement
reference counting properly.

The response from egcs-bugs list was that I should submit a patch to
disable the warning with a "if(0)" which should do until egcs gets a
system to enable/disable individual warnings.

So, here is the patch agains the recently released egcs.1.1a. Please
apply the following patch in the egcs-1.1a/gcc/cp directory, it only
comments out the warning code in class.c .

Regards,
karsten
