IMHO -fhonor-std is so far absolutely unusable, since libstdc++ is to
a very large degree not in namespace std.
This includes the STL, although that should be a one-liner in
stl_config.h only (FYI: I have tried it, but it dies horribly in
bastring.h, which uses ::reverse_iterator).
