This mailing list is for questions regarding the usage of GCC, not about
programming languages.

It is difficult to give a meaningful answer to your question as you have
not provided any information regarding your constraints and what kind of
throughput you mean.  Three things that might be worth taking into
account are how proficient you are in a particular language and its
toolset and which hardware/OS combination you are planning to use.  This
is most likely going to narrow down your options a lot and thus make it
easier to select.
