library libstdc++ -lsupc++ not found with gcc-4.4.1 on AIX 5.3

Hi,
I have just tried gcc-4.4.1 on AIX 5.3 and got the same linking error I
previously reported in:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-help/2009-05/msg00323.html
which is:
collect2: library libstdc++ -lsupc++ not found.
I thought that a patch correcting the issue had been committed on GCC
main branch (from Dave Korn or David Edelsohn) but it seems not so. Or
am I doing something wrong ?
