Debug define name

Hi everybody,

I know that this is not a standard but is there a recommendation when
naming the DEBUG define in the code? I saw some codes using DEBUG,
_DEBUG_, __DEBUG__, __DEBUG ...

Are there some rules when naming this kind of defines?

Thanks in advantage,
Paulo
