cross compiling gcc for mipsel fails

Hi,
using gcc 3.2.2 tar ball, i had tried to install cross compiler, but it
fails, even though i had applied fix for known problem it fails to
build.
architecture: mips little endian.
removed my own binutils and installed GNU -binutils.
