The following creates a call graph from C code, C++ not supported.  Look
them up in google because I cannot remember the details myself.

cxref -xref-func -I../include afpprtx.c -Nxref

xrefgraph.py -n xref.function > temp.dot


dot -Tps temp.dot > $DOTPREF.ps
